Refund Policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy ("Policy") explains the terms under which Edunexa ("Edunexa," "we," "us," or "our") will issue refunds to customers ("you," "your," or "Customer") who purchase access to the Edunexa web-based business management platform (the "Platform"). This Policy forms part of, and should be read alongside, Edunexa's Terms and Conditions. Where there is any conflict between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions with respect to refunds, this Policy will govern.

Edunexa is committed to giving customers a fair opportunity to evaluate whether the Platform meets their needs. Because access to the Platform is provided through a one-off purchase rather than a recurring subscription, this Policy is built around a single, clearly defined refund window rather than the kind of ongoing cancellation process associated with subscription-based services. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase, and contact us if anything is unclear.

2. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1 Overview

Eligible purchases of access to the Platform are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the date of your original purchase, subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, and process set out in this Policy.

2.2 How the 14-Day Period Is Calculated

The 14-day refund window begins on the date your purchase is completed and payment is successfully processed, as recorded in Edunexa's systems and confirmed by Stripe, our payment processor. The window runs for 14 consecutive calendar days from that date, including weekends and public holidays, and closes at 11:59 p.m. (in the time zone associated with Edunexa's billing records) on the 14th day.

For example, if your purchase is completed on the 1st of a given month, your refund request must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. on the 14th of that month. Requests received after this window has closed will not be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, except where applicable law requires otherwise, as described in Section 10 (Your Statutory Rights).

2.3 What the Guarantee Covers

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the purchase price paid for access to the Platform under the Package you selected at the time of purchase. It is intended to give you the opportunity to explore the Platform's features, including the customer relationship management tools, project management tools, HR administration tools, and financial record-keeping tools, and decide whether the Platform is the right fit for your business.

2.4 What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

The money-back guarantee applies specifically to the one-off purchase price paid for access to the Platform. It does not extend to: (a) any third-party fees, charges, or services that may be associated with your use of the Platform, including any fees charged directly by Stripe or other third-party providers that are separate from the purchase price paid to Edunexa; (b) any custom work, professional services, onboarding assistance, data migration services, or consulting services that may be purchased separately from access to the Platform, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase; (c) purchases made more than 14 days prior to the date of the refund request; and (d) any purchase that has been identified as ineligible under the exclusions set out in Section 5 (Exclusions and Limitations) of this Policy.

2.5 Why We Offer This Guarantee

Because access to Edunexa is provided through a one-off purchase rather than a recurring subscription, we recognise that customers are being asked to make a single decision up front about whether the Platform will suit their business, rather than being able to trial the Platform gradually through a low-commitment monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time. The 14-day money-back guarantee is designed to offset that difference by giving customers a genuine, no-questions-required opportunity to explore the Platform's CRM, project management, HR administration, and financial record-keeping functionality before committing to their purchase on a permanent basis.

2.6 Illustrative Examples

Example A. A freelancer purchases a Package on a Tuesday, begins setting up their customer records and invoices, and decides within the first week that the Platform does not suit their workflow. They submit a refund request on day 6. Because the request falls within the 14-day window and meets the eligibility requirements in Section 3, it would generally be approved.

Example B. A small agency purchases a Package and uses the Platform actively for three weeks before deciding to request a refund. Because the request is submitted after the 14-day window has closed, it would not be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, absent any applicable statutory right described in Section 10.

Example C. A customer purchases a Package, requests and receives a refund within the guarantee period, and then purchases the same Package again the following week using a different email address. This pattern may be treated as an attempt to obtain extended free access to the Platform and may be reviewed under Section 5.3 (Abuse of the Guarantee).

3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

Timing. Your refund request must be submitted within the 14-day period described in Section 2.2, calculated from the date of your original purchase.

Original Purchaser. The refund request must be submitted by the individual or entity that made the original purchase, or by an authorised representative of that entity, using the same contact and account details associated with the original purchase wherever possible.

Valid Purchase. The purchase must be a valid, completed transaction processed through Stripe, with payment successfully collected by Edunexa. Refund requests relating to incomplete, failed, or disputed transactions will be handled separately, as described in Section 7 (Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, and Chargebacks).

No Evidence of Abuse. The request must not form part of a pattern of behaviour that Edunexa reasonably considers to be abuse of this Policy, as described in Section 5.3.

Meeting these eligibility requirements does not guarantee that every refund request will be granted, but requests that meet all of the above conditions and do not fall within an exclusion described in Section 5 will generally be approved in accordance with this Policy.

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1 Submitting a Request

To request a refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee, please contact Edunexa through the contact details published on the Edunexa website or provided in your purchase confirmation. When submitting your request, please include the following information to help us process it as quickly as possible: the email address or account details used to make the original purchase; the approximate date of purchase; the Package purchased; a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request (optional, but helpful for our internal quality review); and any order confirmation, receipt, or transaction reference you may have received at the time of purchase.

4.2 Confirmation of Receipt

Upon receiving your refund request, Edunexa will provide confirmation that your request has been received. This confirmation does not itself constitute approval of the refund; it simply acknowledges that your request is being reviewed in accordance with this Policy.

4.3 Review of Requests

Edunexa will review each refund request against the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 and the exclusions set out in Section 5. Where a request clearly meets the eligibility requirements and does not fall within an exclusion, Edunexa will generally approve the request without requiring further information. Where additional information is needed to verify eligibility, Edunexa may contact you to request it before making a decision.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

5.1 Purchases Outside the 14-Day Window

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window described in Section 2.2 has closed are not eligible for a refund under this Policy, except to the extent required by applicable law, as described in Section 10 (Your Statutory Rights).

5.2 Non-Refundable Items

As noted in Section 2.4, this Policy does not cover third-party fees, separately purchased professional services, or add-ons that are expressly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase. Where a purchase includes both Platform access and a separately identified non-refundable component, only the portion of the purchase price attributable to Platform access will be considered for a refund under this guarantee.

5.3 Abuse of the Guarantee

Edunexa reserves the right to decline a refund request, or to restrict a customer's ability to make future purchases, where Edunexa reasonably believes the guarantee is being abused. Examples of conduct that may be treated as abuse include, without limitation: (a) repeated purchase-and-refund cycles by the same individual or entity, or by related individuals or entities, that suggest the guarantee is being used to obtain temporary or ongoing free access to the Platform rather than to evaluate a genuine purchase; (b) submitting multiple purchases under different accounts or payment methods in order to claim multiple refunds for what is, in substance, the same use of the Platform; (c) fraudulent activity in connection with the original purchase or the refund request itself, including the use of stolen payment details; or (d) any other conduct that Edunexa reasonably determines to be inconsistent with the good-faith purpose of this Policy, which is to allow genuine customers a fair opportunity to evaluate the Platform.

Where Edunexa declines a refund request on the basis of suspected abuse, it will, where reasonably practicable, provide you with an explanation of its decision and an opportunity to respond before the decision is finalised.

5.4 Access After Refund

If your refund request is approved, your access to the Platform will be revoked upon processing of the refund, and any Customer Data associated with your Account may be handled in accordance with Edunexa's data retention practices described in the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to export any Customer Data you wish to retain before submitting a refund request, since a refund will typically result in the closure of your Account and the eventual deletion of associated data.

5.5 One Guarantee Per Purchase

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies once per eligible purchase. If you have previously received a refund for a purchase of access to the Platform, this does not entitle you to an additional refund for a subsequent, separate purchase, but each new eligible purchase will be assessed on its own terms against the requirements of this Policy.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

6.1 Refund Method

Where a refund request is approved, Edunexa will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, through Stripe. Edunexa does not issue refunds via alternative payment methods, cash, or store credit, except where the original payment method is no longer available, in which case Edunexa will work with you to identify a reasonable alternative.

6.2 Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, Edunexa will initiate the refund through Stripe within a reasonable period, generally within a small number of business days of approval. After the refund has been initiated, the time it takes for the funds to appear back in your account will depend on your card issuer, bank, or payment provider, and can typically take anywhere from a few business days up to one or two billing cycles, depending on the institution involved. Edunexa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions once a refund has been initiated through Stripe.

6.3 Currency and Amount

Refunds will be issued in the same currency in which the original purchase was made, and for the full amount of the purchase price paid, less any amounts already excluded under Section 2.4 or Section 5.2. Where currency conversion fees were charged by your bank or card issuer at the time of purchase, Edunexa is not responsible for reimbursing such fees, as these are determined by your financial institution rather than by Edunexa.

6.4 Confirmation of Refund

Once a refund has been processed, Edunexa will send you confirmation that the refund has been issued. You should also expect to see a separate notification from Stripe or your card issuer once the refund has been applied to your account.

6.5 Partial Refunds

The 14-day money-back guarantee described in this Policy is generally structured as a full refund of the eligible purchase price rather than a partial or prorated refund, since access to the Platform is granted as a one-off purchase rather than a recurring subscription that could be prorated across a billing period. Where a purchase included both an eligible component (such as Platform access) and a non-refundable component identified under Section 2.4 or Section 5.2, any refund issued will reflect only the eligible portion of the total amount paid, and Edunexa will clearly identify how the refunded amount has been calculated in its confirmation to you.

6.6 Refunds Involving Multiple Payment Methods

Where a single purchase was paid for using more than one payment method, or where a payment method associated with the original purchase has since expired or been replaced, Edunexa will make reasonable efforts to issue the refund to the account associated with the original payment method on file with Stripe. If this is not possible, Edunexa will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative, which may include a bank transfer or another method reasonably available to us, subject to any verification steps required to confirm your identity and entitlement to the refund.

7. Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, and Chargebacks

7.1 Failed or Incomplete Payments

If a payment for a purchase of access to the Platform fails, is declined, or is not completed for any reason, no charge should be applied to your payment method, and no access to the Platform will be granted. If you believe you have been charged for a purchase that did not complete successfully, please contact Edunexa immediately using the contact details in Section 11, and we will investigate and correct any billing error as quickly as possible.

7.2 Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, please contact Edunexa as soon as possible. Genuine duplicate charges resulting from a processing or technical error will be refunded in full and are not subject to the 14-day window described in Section 2.2, since they do not represent a valid, intended purchase in the first place.

7.3 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact Edunexa directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their card issuer or bank, since a direct request is typically faster and easier to resolve than a formal dispute process. That said, nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer where you believe that is appropriate.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Edunexa reserves the right to suspend the associated Account while the dispute is being investigated, and to provide relevant transaction information to Stripe or your card issuer as part of the dispute resolution process. If a chargeback is found to be invalid or made in bad faith, Edunexa reserves the right to take appropriate action, including restricting future access to the Platform, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction, including any mandatory cooling-off periods, withdrawal rights, or refund entitlements that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where applicable law provides you with rights that are broader than, or in addition to, those set out in this Policy, those statutory rights will apply, and this Policy should be read as supplementing, rather than replacing, such rights.

If you believe that applicable law in your jurisdiction entitles you to a refund outside the terms of this Policy, please contact Edunexa with details of your situation, and we will review your request in light of the relevant legal requirements.

9. Our Approach to Customer Support Before a Refund

Edunexa would rather help you get value from the Platform than process a refund, where a resolution is possible. If you are considering a refund because a particular feature is not working as expected, because you are unsure how to set up a specific part of the Platform, such as the CRM, project management, HR administration, or financial record-keeping tools, or because you are unclear on what a Package includes, we encourage you to contact our support channels before submitting a refund request. In many cases, issues that might otherwise lead to a refund can be resolved through guidance, troubleshooting, or clarification of how a particular feature is intended to work.

This is not a precondition to requesting a refund — you remain free to request a refund directly at any point within the 14-day window described in Section 2.2 without first contacting support — but we make this option available because we would prefer for customers to find the Platform useful for their business wherever that is achievable.

10. Your Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have as a consumer or business under applicable law, including any rights relating to distance selling or the supply of digital services. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit those rights.

11. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Refund Policy, would like to submit a refund request, or need help understanding whether your purchase is eligible for a refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee, please contact Edunexa through the contact details below. We aim to respond to refund-related enquiries promptly and to make the process as straightforward as possible.

12. Summary

For ease of reference, the key points of this Policy are summarised below. This summary does not replace the detailed terms set out above, which govern in the event of any inconsistency.

Eligible purchases of access to the Platform are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, running from the date of the original purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within this 14-day window, using the process described in Section 4. The guarantee covers the purchase price paid for Platform access, but does not cover separately purchased third-party services, professional services, or add-ons expressly identified as non-refundable. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe, and the guarantee may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, as described in Section 5.3. Duplicate charges and genuine billing errors are corrected outside the 14-day window described above. This Policy does not limit any statutory refund or consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law.
